Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits).
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, but we may offer credit toward a future tour.
  • No-shows: No refund.

For group bookings, cancellation fees apply per person. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

In case of government-imposed travel restrictions, we offer full credit for a later date.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (unless otherwise agreed). Full payment is due 14 days before departure.

Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not liable for delays or denials due to missing documentation.

Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before travel. We will make reasonable accommodations.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to ensure your safety, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines) or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will provide alternatives of equal quality.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zanzibar.
